The Hitchiker's Guide to ET Abduction (the scoop on alien-human get-togethers)

The term "abduction" has typically been used to describe certain types of interactions between ETs and humans.  But research has revealed that ET-human contact events are so varied that the word "abduction" doesn't accurately describe them all.   In addition, many people who have had positive contact with ETs don't like the negative connotation of the word "abduction" and prefer not to use it.

Experiences with ETs run the gamut from traumatic and horrifying to blissful, uplifting, and life-affirming.  Sometimes even humorous.  And while there are different theories as to why one person can't wait for the next encounter and another person is terrified to go to sleep at night for fear of one, there's no solid explanation for the difference.   That's fodder for another post.

While there may be some variation in the uses of these terms, the following is a general guide to help describe the ET-human interaction experiences that are being reported today:

Abduction - A person is taken, against his or her will, by an ET or interdimensional being, for a variety of purposes, and returned afterward.  The person may be conscious or unconscious during the experience and may have full memory, partial memory or no memory of it afterward.  Typical scenarios exist and may be traumatic or benign.

Taken - Similar to the above.  Except in this case, the person is taken with his or her knowledge and compliance, and may have memories or not.  Scenarios tend to vary more in this type of event than in abductions.  Usually, these Experiencers are the ones who can't wait to go again.

Visitation - A person may be visited and interact with ETs or other dimensional beings in his or her home or somewhere else, but they aren't removed from where they are.

Psychic contact/communication - ETs or other beings make contact with a person when he or she is in a meditative, prayerful or deep trance state.  Usually this is done for the purpose of sharing or downloading information from ET to human, or exchange of information.  No transport is involved.

Encounter - An unplanned meeting with an ET or other being.  Can turn into repeated visits, takings or abductions.  Although unlikely, it is possible to accidentally run into an ET when you - and they - least expect it.  ETs aren't infallible.  They do sometimes end up in the wrong place.  And that strange-looking guy you ran into outside the bar last night may not be from "around here."

Working with an ET or other interdimensional being - Believe it or not, some humans work with ETs or other beings as part of their job.  Usually this is in a controlled environment, government or military facility under strict guidelines and agendas.   I don't remember that presentation at career day in school, but I'd love to apply for that job.

MILABS (military abductions) - A human experiencer is abducted by other humans.  Similar to an ET abduction, but done by agents of the U.S. or other national military or black operation or project.  The experiencer may be taken to an Earth facility or to an off-world military or governmental facility for various purposes - frequently not nice.

Basically, any of the above experiences constitutes valid ET contact.  As you can see, they are very different, and so the term Experiencer has come to refer to any person who has been through any of them.  While the typical abduction experience is still being reported, the psychic type of contact is becoming more common.  But whatever yours is, there is no right or wrong ET Experience.  They are all valid.

Diary of a Star Seed, Pt. 2 - I Know You

To Whom It May Concern:

The first time I saw you I knew you looked familiar.  I spent the next few weeks trying to recall when and where we had met.  As time went on and we got to know each other, the feeling of familiarity became stronger, and I finally remembered where I knew you from.  It's good to see you again.

It's not unusual to run into people who seem familiar to us, but we don't recall meeting before.  It's my theory that because there are so many people in the world, after a while nature ran out of original templates and started repeating designs.  Sounds reasonable to me.  But whatever the reason, every now and then, we do run across someone who we know we have met sometime, somewhere other than here.  Reincarnation is a logical explanation - if you find reincarnation logical.  Which I do.  But I also know I have seen or met many people during regular visits with my ET friends.  And I'm sure that's where I met you.

In keeping with the agreement I made nearly 60 years ago, I've been taken by ETs many times.  And there have almost always been other humans there.  For the most part, these regular visits have been interesting and enjoyable.  But in all honesty, I have to admit that they were, on occasion, the stuff of nightmares.  I don't like needles and probes any more than the next person - even when they are wielded with my consent by beings I trust.  Every organ and cell in my body has been scanned and dissected.  My mind has been sifted.  Every sensory input, pleasant or unpleasant, has been played, replayed and analyzed.  I've awakened in the morning feeling like I've been run over by a steamroller and had my brain wrung out like a sponge.  And sometimes with that wonderful feeling that something miraculous has happened, but I can't quite put my finger on it.  Sound familiar?  Mercifully, the worst details have been screened or removed from my conscious memory.  I don't know how it was for the other people I've seen there, but I hope their ET contacts have done the same for them.  Sometimes ignorance truly is bliss.

Since childhood, I've been taught to observe and absorb.  Watch and listen.  That has been my main assignment on this Earth.  Don't judge, interrupt, or speak unless spoken to.   Don't push yourself, your opinions or your knowledge on anyone else.  Don't rock any boats.  And so I have done.  That's why I've never told you where I know you from or the things I know about you.  I'll keep that information to myself unless you ask.  I am an alien anthropologist, dressed up like the natives, but not wholly one of them.  I observe.  And in the process I've learned how to help them.

One of my memories is this.  I enter a large chamber with a high ceiling, stretching as far as I can see.  It's filled with men and women, reclining on overstuffed lounge chairs.  There are no machines or technology visible in the room.  Just a low humming sound, soft lighting and a gentle movement of fragrant air.  It reminds me of two blissful hours I once spent at a spa in Palm Springs.  The epitome of serenity.  Everyone is fully clothed and from their facial expressions,  rapid eye movements and occasional twitching of the body, they seem to be asleep.  I'm told that they are being monitored, analyzed and manipulated psychologically and psychically.  Some are being given knowledge and information, and some are having information and data downloaded from them.  I wonder how much of this experience they will recall later and if the memories will be pleasant or unpleasant.

As I wander around in this chamber, I see many people I know.  Some by name, some just by their faces.  Friends, co-workers, acquaintances, clients, the guy who hangs out at Starbucks.  I won't name names.   But I suspect many of them also have had a feeling that they know me.  If they ask, I'll tell them where we met.  If they don't, I won't mention it.  I'll just continue operating with my original programming - to watch and listen, absorb and report.  And my upgraded instructions - to offer counseling to those who seek my help.  And, oh yeah, to enjoy the whole awe-inspiring experience.

So if you ever dream that you are sitting on a lounge chair in a large, quiet room, while your mind is being put through a sieve, maybe the person next to you will be me.  And maybe we'll remember the next time we bump into each other at the grocery store.
